Aratikaya Chanaga Pindi Vepudu


1.Aratikaya peeled and blanched 2 cups
2.Besan flour 1/4 cup
3.Green chillies cut and slitted 4
4.Curry leaves
5.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
6.Turmeric powder a pinch
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Dry red chillies 2
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Coriander leaves
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Add aratikaya (Raw Banana) slowly into hot oil and deep fry till light golden colour and crisp.
3.Take another pan pour some oil,add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves saute till they start spluttering.
4.Add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and saute.
5.Add dry red chillies,fried aratikaya and mix well.
6.Add salt,sprinkle some besan flour saute the mixture well.
7.Transfer into a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!
