Green Peas Idli

Ingredients:

1.Idly ravva 1 cup soaked
2.Urad dal 1/2 cup soaked for 2 hrs
3.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
4.Green peas 1/2 cup
5.Salt to taste
6.Green chillies finely chopped 2
7.Ginger finely chopped 1/2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a mixi jar add urad dal,cumin seeds,green peas,green chillies chopped and some water,grind it.
2.Take a bowl add grinded urad dal,soaked idly ravva (squeeze the water) and mix well both the ingredients.
3.Add salt,ginger chopped and give it a mix.Idly batter is ready.
4.Take a pan pour water for steaming idlies,bring it to boil.
5.Now apply oil for idly plates for easy removing of idlies.
6.Place the batter in idly plates and place in steaming pan.Cook for about 5 minutes.Serve hot with chutney..!!!
