Potlakaya Kurma


1.Potlakaya (Snake gourd) 2 cups
2.Onion chopped 1
3.Green chillies 3
4.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Dry coconut powder 1/4 cup
9.Gasagasalu 1/4 cup
10.Curd 1/4 cup
11.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves
14.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add onion chopped,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
3.Add potlakaya cut into pieces and fry them,add salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and give it a mix.
4.Add kobbari,gasagasala paste into the mixture and stir well.
5.Add curd,water and garam masala powder.
6.Give it a final mix and serve into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!!
