Kanda Corn Rolls

Ingredients:

1.Kanda
2.Corn
3.Bread slices
4.Dry mango powder
5.Ginger
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Carrot
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Oil

Preparation:

1.Pressure cook sweet corn,kanda pieces along with some turmeric,cook for 3 whistles.
2.Once
done transfer the mixture into a bowl,add ginger green
chillies,coriander leaves paste,dry mango powder,salt,bread powder and
mix well all the ingredients.
3.Add some corn flour and mix well.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Now prepare rolls with mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep fry.Serve hot.
