Gasagasala Pulao

Ingredients:

1.Gasgasalu
2.Coconut milk
3.Cashewnuts
4.Cinnamon stick
5.Cardamoms
6.Cloves
7.Onions chopped
8.Green chillies
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Tomatoes
11.Carrot
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt to taste
14.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala(cinnamon stick,cloves cardamoms),onions,green chillies,cashewnuts,gasagasalu.Fry this mixture for about few minutes.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes,carrot sliced,coriander leaves,pudina leaves.Mix well all the ingredients evenly cooked.
4.Add 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk to the mixture and salt.Bring it to boil.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes.
6.Add soaked rice into the mixture and add coriander powder,cook for few minutes.
7.Finally serve into a plate and garnish with carrot and green chillies and lemon.Serve hot..!!
