1.Potatoes boiled and mashed 100 gms
2.Semiya boiled 100 gms
3.Corn Flour
4.Curry leaves
5.Coriander leaves
6.Green chilly paste
7.Carrot grated
8.Sesame seeds
9.Cashewnuts for garnishing
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add potatoes,semiya,salt,red chilly powder,green chilly paste,carrot grated,sesame seeds 2 tbsp,curry leaves,corn flour,milk and coriander leaves.Mix well evenly.
2.Now take small portion of dough in your palms and roll them like tikkis,dip  in sesame seeds then deep fry the tikkis till golden brown.
3.Repeat the same process for other tikkis.
4.Serve them in plate and garnish.
