1.Fenugreek Leaves
2.Alasandalu (black eyed peas) soaked and boiled
3.Onions chopped
4.Green chillies cut and slit
5.Tomato puree
6.Ginger -garlic paste
7.Red chilly powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Coriander powder
10.Cumin powder
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies.Saute the mixture for few min.
3.Add fenugreek leaves and give it a stir.Fry for few min.
4.Add tomato puree,salt,red chilly powder.Give it a good mix.
5.Add alasandalu,coriander powder,cumin powder and add some water.
6.Cover and cook for few min.Bring it to a boil.
7.Serve hot with chapathis..!!
