1.Budidha Gummadikaya grated (Drain whole water from Ash Gourd by using cotton cloth tied overnight with salt and turmeric powder)
2.Green chillies paste
3.Asofetida (Inguva)
4.Urad Dal soaked and grinded overnight
5.Cumin Seeds
6.Water as we needed


1.Take a bowl,add urad dal mixture,Budidha Gummadikaya grated,green chilly paste (mixed with inguva,cumin seeds).
2.Mix all the ingredients well.If needed we can add some water depending upon its consistency.
3.Now take a skillet drizzle some oil on it,heat it.
4.Take a scoop full of batter spread on skillet.
5.Cook for few minutes,spread some oil on sides of dosa.
6.Cook well on both the sides .And serve hot..!!
