Paneer Masala Vadalu

Ingredients:

1.Paneer crumbled 1 cup
2.Besan flour 1/4 cup
3.Coriander leaves 1 small bunch
4.Green chillies
5.Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
8.Mixed Pulses(Chana dal,Moong Dal,Urad dal) boiled and mashed roughly
9.Salt
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a pan, pour oil for deep frying,Heat it.
2.Take a bowl,add paneer,besan flour,coriander leaves chopped,green chillies,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and boiled and mashed pulses mixture.
3.Mix well all the ingredients,if need we can add some water.
4.Take small amount of dough mixture on your palms and flatten them,like patties.
5.Slowly leave the patties in oil for deep frying.
6.Fry the patties on both the sides till golden brown.
7.Serve hot with green chutney or peanut chutney..!!
