Kanda Gadda Cutlet

Ingredients:

1.Kanda (Elephant yam) boiled and mashed
2.Besan Flour
3.Corn flour
4.Curry leaves
5.Coriander leaves
6.Onions chopped
7.Garam masala powder
8.Lemon juice
9.Red chilly powder
10.Salt
11.Oil
12.Chana Dal boiled
13.Ginger-garlic paste
14.Coconut powder 1 tbsp


Preparation:

1.Take a bowl,add chana dal,onions,curry leaves,coriander leaves,ginger-garlic paste,coconut powder,besan flour,corn flour,red chilly powder,salt and squeeze 1 lemon.
2.Mix all the ingredients evenly.
3.Now take some mixture in hands,prepare small round patties.
4.Slowly drop the patties in oil and deep fry them on both sides.
5.Take into a paper napkin..Serve hot..!!
