Goruchikkudu Pesarapappu Eguru

Ingredients:

1.Goruchikkudu boiled 1/4 cup (cluster beans)
2.Moong Dal 1/2 cup soaked
3.Onions1 no.
4.Ginger finely chopped
5.Green chillies cut and slitted
6.Curry Leaves
7.Coriander Leaves
8.Coriande Powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil
11.Turmeric powder
12.Dry red chillies

Preparation:

1.Take a pan.pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add dry red chillies,chopped ginger,onions.Give it a stir.
3.Add curry leaves,green chillies.Now add the moong dal,turmeric powder in this mixture and saute for few min.
4.Add salt,goruchikkudu (cluster beans) coriander powder.Give it a mix.
5.Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
