2.Bread slices
3.Dry coconut powder
4.Cardamom powder


1.Take bread slices and soak in water for few seconds and squeeze excess water.
2.Now place the dates in bread pieces and prepare rolls.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop the bread rolls in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Fry till nice golden brown colour,prepare sugar syrup in a pan by adding some water.Keep stirring the mixture.
5.Once done drop the rolls in sugar syrup and soak for few minutes,remove onto a separate plate,sprinkle dry coconut on top and serve.
