Ingredients:

1.Curd-4cups
2.Milk-1cup
3.Saffron strands
4.Sugar Powder
5.Peda (Sweet)
6.Rabdi-1cup
7.Badam
8.Cardamom powder
9.Rose Syrup
10.Pista


Preparation:

1.Take a small cup,add few saffron strands and soak in milk.
2.Now take another bowl add 4 cups of curd(yogurt) milk, and blend it.
3.Add powdered sugar,rose syrup,cardamom powder.Blend to a smooth consistency.
4.Add soaked saffron strands in the lassi,ice-cubes.Mix it well.
5.Pour into a glass,garnish with rabdi,peda,pista and badam (grated).Serve cold..!!
