Macaroni Pesara Pappu Payasam

Ingredients:

  1. Macaroni
  2. Jaggery
  3. Milk
  4. Cashewnuts
  5. Ghee
  6. Badam
  7. Raisins(Kismis)
  8. Moong Dal

     Preparation:

  1. Take a pan,pour 1/2litre milk and boil it.
  2. Take another pan and pour 1 tbsp ghee,roast dry fruits.
  3. Add the boiled macaroni in milk,cover and cook for 2 min.
  4. Add the boiled 1 cup moong dal paste to the macaroni mixture,mix well and cook for 2 min.
  5. Now add 1 cup filtered/normal jaggery to the macaroni,give a stir.
  6. Allow it to come to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Add grated badam,cardmom powder.
  8. Garnish with roasted dry fruits.Serve hot or cold..!!
