Chicken Keema Pulao

1.Chicken 1cup(minced)
2.Basmati Rice 1 1/2 cup
3.Oil 2 tbsp
4.Red-Chilly Powder 1 tbsp
5.1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
6.1/2 cup yogurt(curd)
7.1 Teaspoon garam masala powder
8.1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
9.3-4 garlic cloves,finely chopped
10.1 inch ginger finely chopped
11.3-4 green cardmoms
12.3-4 cloves
13.1 inch cinnamon
14.8-10 pepper corns
15.2-3 green chillies
16.Coriander leaves


1.Heat oil in a deep non stick pan.Add cumin seeds,cloves,pepper corns,cardmom and cinnamon.Fry for few min.
2.Add onions until they become golden brown.
3.Now take minced chicken in a bowl,add yogurt(curd),red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.Mix well.
4.Add ginger,garlic and green chillies to the onions.Fry for 2 min.
5.Add minced chicken mixture into it and stir well.
6.Add rice,salt and chopped coriander leaves.Give it a good stir.
7.Now add 1 1/2 cup of water to this mixture.
8.Cover it with a lid,cook it for 10-15 min on medium heat.
9.Remove the lid and toss the rice slightly.Serve hot..!!
