Lemon Prawns

Ingredients:

1.Prawns(300gms)
2.Ginger-Garlic Paste
3.Corn Flour
4.Maida(All-Purpose Flour)
5.Ajinomoto
6.Chilly Sauce
7.Green Chilly Paste
8.Eggs
9.Food Colour
10.Curry Leaves
11.Coriander Leaves
12.Garlic
13.Red-Chillies
14.Lemon
15.Red-Chilly Powder
16.Salt(to taste)
17.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take prawns in a bowl,for marination add pinch of salt,ginger-garlic paste.This process is done for draining the water from the prawns.
2.Squeeze the prawns and remove the water.
3.Add 1 lemon to the prawns,ajinomoto,chilly sauce,green chilly paste,1 egg,1 tbsp corn flour,2 tbsp maida,curry leaves.
4.Marinate all the ingredients together and mix it well.
5.Now take a pan,add oil for deep frying.
6.Add the marinated prawns into the oil,deep fry till light golden brown.
7.Now add some butter,oil for tempering the prawns.
8.Add garlic (finely chopped),red-chillies,curry leaves,salt,food colour.
9.Add the prawns into this mixture and give a stir.
10.Finally squeeze a lemon.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!
