Chana Gobi fry

Ingredients:

1.Kabuli Chana(1Cup boiled)
2.Cauliflower(boiled)
3.Green Chillies
4.Cumin Powder 1Tbsp
5.Onions
6.Coriander Leaves
7.Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
8.Oil 2 Tbsp
9.Curry Leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan,add some oil.
2.Add roasted cumin seeds,green chillies,onions,curry leaves and mix well.
3.Add pinch of turmeric powder,kabuli chana.
4.Add salt to taste.
5.Add boiled cauliflower,cumin powder to this mixture and give it a nice stir
6.Turn off stove,add lemon juice
7.Finally add some coriander leaves and Serve hot..!!
