Budamkaya Perugu Chutney

Ingredients:

1.Budamkaya
2.Carrot
3.Curd
4.Onions
5.Coriander leaves
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies
8.Ginger
9.Tempering seeds
10.Garlic
11.Salt to taste
12.Coconut grated
13.Red chillies
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add budamkaya pieces and some water,cover and cook for few minutes till they are half boiled.
2.Add boiled budamkaya pieces to the curd,add onions,carrot,coconut,ginger green chilli paste,salt and mix well.
3.Heat
some oil in a pan,add mustard,chana dal,red chillies,urad dal,cumin
seeds,garlic cloves,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,coriander leaves and
saute,transfer into curd mixture and serve.
