Ragi Pindi Jantikalu


1.Raagi flour 1cup
2.Besan flour 1/4 cup
3.Rice flour 1 Tbsp
4.Red chilly powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Sesame seeds 2 Tbsp
7.Ajwain (Vaamu) 1/2 Tbsp
8.Dalda 1 Tbsp
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan,heat it and add 1 tbsp dalda.
2.Take a bowl Raagi flour,besan flour,rice flour,salt,red chilly powder,sesame seeds and ajwain.Mix well.Add the dalda.
3.Now take a pan,pour some oil for deep frying.
4.Add some water for mixed ingredients,make a soft dough.
5.Place dough in a lightly oiled Sev Maker or Press using the fine holed disc.
6. Form in a circular pattern in oil and deep fry till light golden brown.
7.Store it in a tight tin.
