Chicken Paneer Curry


6.Cashew nuts
7.Poppy seeds
8.Coriander leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Garam masala
11.Curry leaves
12.Green chillies
13.Coriander seeds
14.Turmeric powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add paneer and fry for few minutes till nice golden colour,keep aside.
2.In the same pan add onion chopped,green chillies,curry leaves and stir fry.
3.Prepare a smooth paste by combining garam masala,cardamom,cashew nuts,poppy seeds,coriander seeds.
4.Add the paste to the frying pan and mix well,fry for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
5.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,salt and stir fry.
6.Add chicken pieces to the frying pan,stir well.Cover and cook well.
7.Now add chopped tomatoes and mix it well.Cover and cook for few more minutes,finally add fried panner and give it a good mix.Cook for around 5 min and transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
