Rava Coconut Ladoo


1.Good quality Ravva 1 cup
2.Coconut Powder 1 cup
4.Water as we needed
5.Cardamom powder


1.Take a fine variety ravva/semolina dry roast the semolina with 2 tbsp of ghee.
2.After dry roasting semolina,in the same pan add grated/shredded coconut powder roast with 2 tbso of ghee.
3.Now mix well both the mixtures.
4.Take a pan add some sugar,water.Give it a mix well.Bring it to boil for 5-6 minutes.
5.Add the Ravva mixture to this syrup,cardamom powder and mix well.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes.
7.Now off the stove.Keep this mixture to stay cool for 1hr.
8.Take some ghee apply on palms,prepare small laddoos and keep them in a cup cake liner.Repeat the same for other laddoos.
