Nethi Birakaya Bajjilu

Ingredients:

1.Nethi Beerakaya
2.Salt to taste
3.Red chilli powder
4.Cooking soda
5.Garam masala powder
6.Rice flour
7.Besan flour
8.Milk
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation
:

1.Cut nethi beerakayalu into 4 quarters and keep aside.
2.Combine besan flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,cooking soda and mix well with milk,make sure without any lumps.
3.Prepare a smooth mirchi bajji batter.
4.Dip nethi beerakaya pieces in batter,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot
