Saggu Biyyam Perugu Talimpu

Ingredients:

1.Sagoo (Saggubiyyam) soaked for 1hr
2.Curd 1 cup
3.Oil
4.Red Chillies
5.Tempering seeds
6.Green chillies finley chopped
7.Curry leaves
8.Water as we needed
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan,pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds(cumin,mustard,chana dal,urad dal) green chillies,curry leaves.Add some water to this mixture,bring it to a boil.
3.Now add the soaked sagoo,curd into water.
4.Cook until the consistency becomes thick,Add some salt.
5.Finally after cooking garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!
