Kanda Kodiguddu Masala Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Kanda
2.Eggs
3.Lady finger
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Turmeric powder
7.Coriander seeds
8.Cumin seeds
9.Garlic
10.Tamarind
11.Coriander leaves
12.Onions
13.Green chillies
14.Oil

Preparation:
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies and stir fry.
2.Add turmeric powder,salt,kanda pieces (boiled) and mix well.
3.Add boiled eggs,tamarind juice,red chilli powder,some water as required.Cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Now
add garam masala paste (onion,coriander seeds,garlic,cumin seeds) and
mix well.Add lady fingers and stir well.Cook for another few minutes
till gravy thickens.Once done serve hot with rice.
