Ingredients:

1.Coconut powder 1 cup
2.Rice flour 2 cups
3.Peanuts 1 cup
4.Salt to taste
5.Green chilly paste(cumin seeds)
6.Cooking soda a pinch
7.Corn flour 2 tbsp
8.Cumin seeds
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil for deep frying
11.Cashewnuts


Preparation:

1.Take a pan,dry roast the peanuts.
2.Take a bowl add roasted peanuts,coconut powder,rice flour,corn flour,green chilly paste,cooking soda,coriander leaves,cashewnuts,salt and heated oil.Mix all the ingredients evenly with water.
3.Take a pan,pour oil for deep frying.Heat the oil.
4.Now take small dumplings in your hands drop them into oil like pakodas.Deep fry them till golden brown.Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
