Aratikaya Pesarapappu Koora

Ingredients:

1.Aratikaya 2 no.boiled and sliced
2.Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Dry red chillies
5.Chana Dal 1 tbsp
6.Green chillies
7.Ginger chopped
8.Curry leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Moong dal soaked for 1/2 hr
11.Turmeric powder
12.Pesarapappu vadiyalu
13.Oil
14.Peanuts


Preparation:

1.Take a pan,pour oil.Heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,chana dal.Give a stir.
3.Add green chillies,chopped ginger,curry leaves.Saute the mixture.
4.Add aratikaya boiled into this mixture,add hing(asofetida),tamarind juice,salt.Mix well.
5.Add turmeric powder,soaked moong dal,give a stir.
6.Add some water to this mixture.Cook for few min.
7.Add pesarapappu vadiyalu 1/2 cup into this mixture,peanuts powder.Giva it a good stir.Serve hot..!!
