Ingredients:

1.Mutton
2.Spinach
3.Besan flour
4.Corn flour
5.Oil
6.Turmeric
7.Salt
8.Red chilli powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Coriander powder
11.Onions
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Curry leaves
14.Garlic
15.Tomato sauce
16.Soya sauce
17.Vinegar
18.Cashew nuts

Preparation:

1.Pressure cook keema for 2 whistles,transfer into a bowl,add spinach,besan flour,corn flour,red chilli powder,onions,salt,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well all the ingredients evenly with some water as required.
2.Heat oil for for deep frying,drop the keema mixture in hot oil like pakodas,fry till crisp.
3.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves,cashew nuts.
