Ingredients:

1.Urad dal 1 tbsp
2.Chana dal 1 tbsp
3.Moong dal 1/2 cup
4.Curry leaves 1/2 cup
5.Mustard leaves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Turmeric powder
8.Pepper powder
9.Dry red chillies
10.Garlic cloves
11.Salt to taste
12.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan dry roast the pulses and curry leaves on medium flame.
2.Take this mixture into a pressure cooker,add 1 1/2 cup water,1 tbsp pepper powder,salt,turmeric powder.Close the lid.Cook for 1 whistle.
3.Take a pan pour ghee for tempering,add dry red chillies,cumin/mustard seeds,roughly mashed garlic cloves.
4.Finally add the dal into the tempering and mix it well.
5.Cook for few min.Serve hot with rice..!!
