Atukula Carrot Boorelu

Ingredients:

1.Atukulu (Flattened Rice)
2.Carrot
3.Jaggery
4.Dry coconut powder
5.Bombay Ravva
6.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 cup of water,1/2 cup jaggery,2 cups atukulu soak them for 5 min.
2.Add dry coconut powder,1/2 cup bombay ravva,grated carrot.Give it a mix.
3.Now take a pan,pour oil for deep frying.Heat it.
4.Take small portion of dumplings in your palms and prepare small size patties.
5.Slowly drop the patties in oil and deep fry them by turning both the sides.
6.Repeat the same process for other patties.Serve hot..!!
