Gongura Pachi Royyalu Nilva Pachadi


1.Gongura (Sorrel leaves)
2.Prawns (wet)
3.Salt to taste
4.Turmeric powder
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Garam masala powder
7.Red chilly powder
8.Coriander powder


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying.Heat it.
2.Firstly marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder and salt.
3.Add the marinated prawns in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep aside the fried prawns in aplate.
5.Take another pan pour some oil.Heat it.
6.Add gongura leaves to the oil.Saute the mixture for few minutes.Until they become tender.
7.Add salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder and red chilly powder to the mixture.
8.Finally add the fried prawns into the mixture and cook for few minutes.
9.Add garam masala powder and give a good mix.
10.Store in room temperature and in air tight container.
