3.Tempering seeds
4.Green chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Dry red chillies
8.Red chilly powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Ginger garlic paste
12.Salt to taste
13.Garam masala powder
14.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves.Saute for few seconds.
3.Add onions,fry for few minutes.Add red chillies,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,cashewnuts.Give it a stir.
4.Add sliced brinjal into the mixture and mix well,add somw water for gravy consistency.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes.
6.Add vaakhaaya pieces and give it a good mix.Cover and cook for few more minutes.
7.Add salt,garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
