Kaaju Anjur Stuffed Rolls

Ingredients:

1.Anjeer
2.Cashew nuts
3.Sugar
4.Cardamoms
5.Bread slices
6.Oil

Preparation:

1.Firstly cashew nuts are soaked for 2-3 hrs and grinded into paste with 1 tbsp sugar,cardamoms,this mixture is fried in ghee for 2-3 min
2.Repeat the same process for anjeer.
3.Grease your palms with oil.
4.Take small portion of cashew nuts paste in your palms and prepare a thick layer like a small chapathi.
5.Add anjeer paste in this layered cashewnuts and cover it.Prepare small patties.
6.Take bread slices and dip them in water,now cover the patties with the bread slices and repeat the same process for other.
7.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying the patties,heat it.
8.Slowly add the patties in hot oil and deep fry them by turning.
9.Fry till golden brown and serve hot..!!
