Alasanda Carrot Vadalu


1.Alasandalu boiled 2 cup
2.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
3.Besan flour 2 tbsp
4.Ginger 1 tbsp
5.Green chillies chopped 3
6.Red chilly powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Curry leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
11.Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Firstly take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Take a bowl add alasandalu boiled and mashed,carrot,besan flour,ginger,green chillies,salt,red chilly powder,cumin powder,curry leaves,coriander leaves.Mix well.
2.If water(optional) is needed we can add little.
3.Take small portion of dough and prepare small vadas and slowly drop them in hot oil,deep fry till golden brown.
4.Serve in a plate and sprinkle chat masala powder on vadas.Serve hot..!!
