Dondakaya Kottimeera karam

Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu (Ivy Gourd) cut slitted and boiled with salt
2.Coriander leaves
3.Garlic cloves
4.Turmeric powder
5.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil,add boiled dondakayalu,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
2.Prepare a coriander paste with green chillies,garlic cloves.
3.Saute the ivy gourds in between for few more minutes.
4.Add some turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
5.Finally add the coriander paste to the ivy gourds and toss well.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes and serve hot..!!
