Kadai Dondakaya

Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu (Ivy gourd) 1/4
2.Tomatoes 4 no.
3.Mustard powder 1 tbsp
4.Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
5.Fenugreek powder 1/4 tbsp
6.Red chilly powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Tamarind pulp
9.Turmeric powder a pinch
10.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,boiled ivy gourds,cover and cook for few minutes.
3.Add tomatoes cover it and cook for few more minutes.
4.Add turmeric powder,fenugreek powder,mustard powder,tamarind pulp and mix well.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes.
6.Add salt,red chilly powder and mix well.Cook on medium flame.
7.Serve hot with rice or chapathis..!!
