Kakara Pesara Bajjilu

Ingredients:

1.Kakarakayalu (Bitter gourd) cut into round slices boiled with tamarind pulp,turmeric powder and salt.
2.Moong dal 1 cup soaked for 2 hrs and grinded into paste
3.Red chilly powder
4.Salt to taste
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Vaamu 1/2 tbsp
7.Besan flour 1 tbsp
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Tamarind pulp as we needed
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation
:

1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Now take moong dal batter,add salt,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,besan flour,vaamu.Mix all the ingredients well without forming any lumps.
3.Now dip the bitter gourd slices and slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Fry till golden brown.Serve hot..!!!
