Chicken Rolls


1.Chicken boneless 250gms
3.Green chillies
5.Pudina leaves
6.Pepper powder
8.Turmeric powder
10.Bread crumbs
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilly powder
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add water,chicken and bring it to boil,until water gets dried.
2.Grind the boiled chicken in a grinder and make a paste.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and fry the chopped onions,green chillies until they turn into golden brown.
4.Add the chicken paste into this mixture and add salt,red chilly powder,pepper powder,milk 1 cup,coriander leaves ,pudina leaves.Bring it to boil.
5.Add maida,turmeric powder and cook for few minutes.
6.Rest this mixture to cool for sometime.
7.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
8.Take a small bowl,break a egg and whisk it.
9.Now take small portion of chicken paste and prepare small patties and coat them with egg yolk and bread crums and deep fry them.
10.Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot..@!!
