Wholesome Soup

Ingredients:

1.Bottle gourd roughly chopped
2.Carrot roughly chopped
3.Pumpkin 1/4 roughly chopped
4.Potato 1 no. roughly chopped
5.Rice soaked 2 tbsp
6.Beans 8-10 roughly chopped
7.Tomatoes boiled and peeled
8.Salt to taste
9.Butter 1 tbsp
10.Chicken cubes 100 gms

Preparation:


1.Take a pressure cooker ass roughly chopped bottle  gourd (sorakaya),pumpkin,beans,carrot,potatoes,soaked rice,tomatoes.
2.Add 3-4 cups of water and salt.Cover it and cook for 5-10 minutes.
3.Remove from heat.Reserve the stock and cool the vegetables.
4.Blend the mixture into smooth paste.
5.Take a pan add 1tbsp butter,melt it.
6.Add the stock and bring it to boil.Add the salt as per your taste.
7.Pour into serving bowls and serve hot..!!
