1.Mutton minced 500 gms
2.Yogurt 1/2 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Oil 2 tbsp
7.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
8.Cardamoms 2-3
9.Cloves 3-4
10.Cinnamon stick
11.Pepper corns 3-4
12.Onions 3
13.Ginger chopped
14.Green chillies 2-3
15.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
16.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
17.Tomato 1 no
18.Egg boiled 1 no
19.Coriander leaves chopped


1.Marinade:Take a bowl add minced mutton,yogurt,salt,turmeric powder,garlic paste.Rest the mixture aside for 1 hour.
2.Take a pan pour oil and heat it.Add cumin seeds,cardamom,cinnamon stick,pepper corns crushed,onions saute till golden brown.
3.Add grated ginger,green chillies,red chilly powder,coriander powder.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.
4.Add sliced tomato and mix well till they cook nice and pulpy.
5.Add marinated mutton,cook high heat for 5-7 minutes.
6.Garnish with egg cut into quarters and coriander leaves.
