Ingredients:

1.Chicken boneless
2.Corn kernels boiled 1 cup
3.Yogurt whisked 1/2 cup
4.Tomato puree
5.Ginger chopped
6.Garlic chopped
7.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
8.Pepper corns
9.Cloves 5
10.Mustard seeds
11.Coriander seeds
12.Salt to taste
13.Turmeric powder
14.Red chilli powder
15.Oil 1 1/2 tbsp
16.Coriander leaves
17.Capsicum diced medium

Preparation:

1.Roast cumin seeds,pepper corns,coriander seeds and cloves in a pan.Cool and crush.
2.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add ginger,garlic chopped and saute for few minutes.
3.Add corn kernels and saute for another 1 minute.
4.Add 1/2 cup water,bring it to boil.Add roasted masala powder,tomato puree.Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes.
5.In a bowl take chicken and add curd,turmeric powder and red chilly powder and mix well.
6.Add this mixture into pan,low the flame until the chicken is done.
7.Add salt,coriander leaves,cook for one more minute and serve hot..!!
