Dahi Bhendi (Rajasthani Spl Dish)

Ingredients:

1.Lady finger (Okra)
2.Cumin seeds
3.Mustard seeds
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Red chilly powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Curd whisked
8.Coriander powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Garam masala powder
11.Hing (Inguva)


Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,lady finger.Saute this mixture for few minutes.
3.Add salt,hing,turmeric powder give it a mix.
4.Cover and cook on medium heat.
5.Keep stirring in between the okra.
6.After cooking add red chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder.Give it a good mix.
7.Add 1 cup curd and switch off the flame.Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it..!!
