1.Besan flour 1 glass/cup
2.Cooking soda
3.Red chilly powder
4.Oil for deep frying
5.Ginger garlic paste


1.Firstly take a pan pour oil for deep frying.Heat it.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,red chilly powder,cooking soda,salt and ginger garlic paste (Filtered and drained water is added).
3.Mix all the ingredients evenly by adding water and prepare a soft dough,add oil in between when u prepare a dough.
4.Take a sev presser and fix a small holed disc,add small portion of dough in your palms and roll it and place the dough inside the presser.
5.By rotating the presser in clockwise direction the dough inside the presser will come out in the form of sev and deep fry sev.
