Bangaladumpa Garelu

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled and mashed
2.Green chillies 1 tbsp
3.Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
4.Hing powder (Inguva) a pinch
5.Coriander leaves
6.Curry leaves
7.Besan flour 2 tbsp
8.Rice flour 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Firstly take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Prepare coriander paste(Coriander leaves,green chillies,curry leaves,mustard seeds,hing), add this mixture in rice flour,besan flour and mashed potatoes and salt.Mix well and prepare a dough soft dough.
3.Now apply on your palms,take small portion of dough in your hands and prepare vadas.
4.Gently drop the vadas in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.Serve hot..!!
