Poha and Oats Chivda


1.Poha 2 cups
2.Oats 1/2 cup
3.Raw peanuts 1/4 cup
4.Oil 2 tbsp
5.Chana dal 1/4 cup
6.Dry coconut slices
7.Green chillies 2-3
8.Curry leaves
9.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
10.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
12.Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
13.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan dry roast the poha,oats in a non stick pan on medium heat till crisp.Transfer into a boil and set aside.
2.In the same pan add oil,add raw peanuts,chana dal,dry coconut slices.Saute on medium heat till they change colour.
3.Add green chillies,curry leaves,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,sesame seeds,roasted poha and roasted oats.
4.Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar powder,salt and mix gently.Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
