Arati Doota Menthi Kura

Ingredients:

1.Arati Doota (Banana Stem)
2.Onions chopped
3.Green chillies
4.Fenugreek leaves
5.Cashew nut paste
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilly powder
8.Turmeric powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Add soaked arati doota sliced in hot oil and deep fry for 2-3 minutes.
3.Take another pan add chopped onions,green chillies cut slitted saute for few minutes.
3.Add cashew nut paste and mix well,add fenugreek leaves and fry for 3-4 minutes.
4.Add fried arati doota,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!
