Palak Rajma Curry


1.Spinach puree 1 cup boiled
2.Rajma boiled 1 cup soaked
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 3
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilly powder
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
10.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies saute for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder and give it a mix.
4.Add spinach puree to the mixture and mix it well.Now add rajma boiled,cumin powder,add some water for gravy consistency.
5.Cook for 3-4 minutes and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves
