Veg Oats Haleem


1.Oats 1 cup
3.Cashew nuts 10gms
4.Coriander leaves
5.Pudina leaves
6.Kabuli chana 1/4 cup
7.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
8.Rajma 1/2 cup
9.Moong dal 1/4 cup
10.Urad dal 1/4 cup
11.Masoor dal 1/4 cup
12.Potatoes 2
13.Carrot 2
14.Onions chopped 1 cup
15.Lemon 2
16.Green chillies
17.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
20.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
21.Salt to taste


1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan,add chopped onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
2.Add kabuli chana,rajma,green chillies,onions boiled and grinded into paste.
3.In the same pan add ginger garlic paste,rajma paste,pudina leaves,pulses paste(moong dal,masoor dal,urad dal) soaked and grinded into paste.Saute the mixture well.
4.Add potatoes,carrot to mixi and grind into a paste,dry fruits(badam,cashew nuts) grind into powder.
5.Add the dry fruits mixture,oats and saute the mixture by adding water,salt,pepper powder.
6.Add ghee while stirring the mixture,garnish with shallow fried onions,cashew nuts...serve hot...!!!
