Raagi Dryfruit Halwa

Ingredients:

1.Raagi flour 1 cup
2.Jaggery grated 1 cup
3.Dry fruits 50 gms
4.Coconut grated 1 cup
5.Cardamom powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Ghee 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour1 cup water, a pinch of salt and bring it to boil.
2.Add raagi flour mix well without forming any lumps,add jaggery and stir until jaggery melts.
3.Add coconut grated,add raagi flour and keep stirring until it becomes smooth and fine.
4.Add ghee and keep stirring without sticking to the bottom of pan.
5.Finally add cardamom powder,dry fruits and give it a final mix...Serve into a bowl,garnish with dry fruits,coconut grated.
