Bobbarla koftha Curry

Ingredients:

1.Bobbarlu (soak and grind with salt,cumin seeds,green chillies)
2.Onions
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Corn flour
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Mustard seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Tomatoes
11.Garam masala
12.Dry Mango powder
13.Cashew nuts
14.Coriander leaves
15.Curry leaves
16.Green chillies
17.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add bobbarla mixture,corn flour and mix well.
2.Now prepare small koftha balls with the mixture and keep aside in a separate plate.
3.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,drop koftha balls in oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.
4.Transfer fried koftha balls into a separate plate.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies,garam masala,cumin,mustard seeds and saute for few seconds.
6.Add onion paste and saute till raw smell goes off,add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree and mix well.
7.Add
salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and give it a stir,add cashew
nut paste and give it a good mix.Add some water as required for gravy
consistency.
8.Cover and cook for few minutes,add fried kofthas and
mix gently,add coriander powder,dry mango powder and give it a fine
mix.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
