Suganda Roti


1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Jaggery grated 1/2 cup
3.Dry fruits
4.Oats 1/2 cup
6.Kharbuja ginjalu
7.Sounf 2 tbsp (Fennel seeds)
8.Dry coconut powder 2 tbsp
9.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.Heat a pan,add grated jaggery,water little amount for melting.
2.Prepare oats powder(Fennel seeds,cardamoms,oats).
3.Transfer the jaggery syrup into a bowl by filtering process,add wheat flour,oats powder 2 tbsp.Prepare a soft dough.
4.Prepare small round dumplings,mix all the dry fruits in plate with coconut powder,gasagasalu and coat the dumplings with dry fruits.
5.Dust the roller pan with flour and roll them like chapathis.
6.Heat a pan for frying rotis,add ghee while frying rotis by turning both the sides.Transfer the rotis into a plate and serve hot..!!!
